Processing Time

  • All orders are prepared in small batches and many items are offered as preorders to ensure quality, freshness, and intentional production.

    Processing times vary based on the product and release schedule. Preorder items are made after the ordering window closes and are processed according to the timeline listed on each product page. In stock items, when available, are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days before shipping.

    Because our products are made intentionally and not mass produced, processing times may differ from traditional retail timelines. We appreciate your patience as each batch is crafted with care.

Shipping Methods

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties if shipping internationally.

Delivery Time

  • Standard shipping within the continental U.S. usually takes 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Shipping times may vary during holidays or due to unforeseen carrier delays.

  • Some products (such as suppositories or oils) may have shipping restrictions depending on your region.


Returns & Exchanges

Our Goal
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If there is an issue, please contact us promptly.

Eligibility

  • Refunds are accepted within days of receiving your order for damaged items.

  • For perishable, personalized, or opened products, refunds may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at info@IfakemisSacredRootz.com with your order number, proof of damage upon receipt within 3 days of receiving product.  Returning or exchanging is not allowed  if wrong product is sent, we will resend correct item.

  2. Once we inspect the email, we will issue a refund.

Refunds

  • Refunds are not granted unless proof of damage upon receipt within 3 days of receiving product. Refund issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we process it.

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
